3-Motor rotation: freely (sometimes in CW direction, sometimes in CCW direction. It is decided by the motor itself). But if the customer needs the motor to run just in 1 direction (such as CW or CCW), we need to add a directional plate. In this case, the motor rotation will be irreversible.

5-If customer doesn¡¦t need high torque, we can use standard magnet which is cheaper. If customer needs high torque, we can use a special magnet which is called Nd-Fe-B.
